Max at Lizfest 2015
Max was asked to do a quick set for the legendary Lizfest, San Diego's jazz festival. Russell Bizzett joins with some quiet, perfect brushwork on the drums. Notice the audience reaction; at first they are talking over the playing, then when they realize it sounds good they all go totally quiet and start snapping pictures...
Max & K Emeline at the Tin Roof
Max & K Emeline hit the Tin Roof last Friday and shook the place up with drummer Deon and bassist Drea, both just back from a 6 month world tour. The Tin Roof is set up with the best live band sound system in San Diego's Downtown Gaslamp district, and it looks like they want us regular.
